This programme hits the spot for sleepers between 12 and 18 months. Each child is unique and together we will address the needs of your child and create a step by step plan specific to them. This personalised service allows me to be with you – virtually – from start to finish, holding your hand and providing the support you need.
Daily review of your child’s sleep changes and feedback from you along with an email each day allows for answering of questions in between our weekly scheduled calls. The consistent contact allocates time for trouble shooting along the way and opportunities to discuss more tips and tools to keep your plan moving right along.
This 3 week step-by-step programme will help you:
Understand your child’s sleep needs and what to expect during this stage
Maintain (or introduce) a pre-sleep wind down routine that promotes sleep
Schedule your activities around a consistent nap schedule
Recognize a sleep crutch and how to introduce with falling to sleep unaided
Avoid the ‘witching hour’ before bed
Set an age-appropriate bedtime that allows for your partner, grandparents, or other carer to confidently put your baby to bed
Gently introduce techniques and routines, that settle and support falling asleep unaided
Eliminate night waking and early morning rising
Know if - and when - you child is ready to drop a nap
Gently wean out any night feeds
And of course, encouragement and support is always there for you in spades.
