ABOUT ME
My journey into sleep coaching began long before I thought to pursue it as a career. Working through University as a night nanny in the mid 1980s, I learnt just how important it was to build healthy sleep routines for each child in my care. As I got to know their sleep habits, I created and introduced a sleep plan that addressed each child’s sleep issues, and a personalised approach to fix them. A few years later, I did the same for my own four children, taking into account their unique needs and concerns.
Today, I run an established Sleep Consultancy, working with families globally, helping to resolve their child’s sleep issues.
As a mother of four, I have been where a lot of newer parents find themselves: dealing with reflux, colic, postpartum depression, sleepless nights and beyond. It may be a cliché, but raising a child is truly one of the most challenging and rewarding journeys we will ever embark on.

Well-rested babies are happier and healthier, meaning their parents are too.
My philosophy is that babies have a biological need for healthy sleep, in order for their development and wellbeing to be optimised. As parents, our job is to ensure that our children are getting the proper amount of sleep at the right times.
With all of my clients, I address the foundations for healthy sleep. Together we will look at and discuss a wide variety of sleep coaching methods, that are evidence-based, and find one that best fits your needs. Emphasis is firmly put on you, as parents, to make informed choices and feel in control throughout this process.
Sleep routines only work when they are practised consistently, so my goal is to make the process as simple and easy to follow as possible. I provide consultations via phone and video, to offer you greater flexibility in the comfort of your own home.
I know, firsthand, that each child requires a sleep plan that is as unique as they are. With over 30 years of experience as a sleep consultant, I will gently guide you through the fog to a place where daytime sleep is predictable, bedtime is a breeze and meeting the inevitable bumps along the road are all taken in stride.
I will create a personalised and detailed plan of action for you, that takes into account the needs of, not only your child but your whole family. I always approach each programme with the comfort level of the parents in mind.
