WORKING WITH ME IS STRAIGHTFORWARD

  • I help you understand why sleep is so important for your child’s comfort, happiness, growth and development.

  • I facilitate the development of a personalised step-by-step sleep plan, that is based on the personality of your child. No one knows your child better than you. This plan is easy to follow, so all caregivers can be consistent.

  • I teach you how to measure success. No, your child will not sleep uninterrupted for 12 hours on the first night. Yes, your child will begin to show progress in measurable ways after the first few nights.

  • I explain to you why a bit of crying is part of the process. Crying is your child’s way of protesting change. You can expect that making changes to their sleep habits and dependencies will result in a bit of protest. You are always there to support and respond to your child.

  • I help you imagine your nights three weeks from now. And better yet, your mornings where you all wake up refreshed and ready to start the day! 


It’s not uncommon for books and programmes dealing with child sleep issues, to offer contradictory advice that cannot take into account the unique personality of your child. This is because they are aimed at a broad audience and are therefore generalised.

From my experience, I know that the most effective sleep process is when the emphasis is on respecting the child’s individuality, combined with your parenting styles. I don’t use any standardised solutions, so your sleep plan will be created specifically for your child, based on the information you provide. 

All the approaches and methods I use, are aligned with the best practices recommended by the NHS (UK), Canadian Paediatric Society and American Academy of Paediatrics.

As your child’s sleep consultant, I look at your child, your family and your daily lives to help develop a workable plan to meet your end goal – a good night’s sleep. I listen to your concerns and establish the best approaches and methods that your family is comfortable working with, while providing support to create lasting change.

My approach only uses gentle and positive methods to ensure success. When families entrust me to help with their child’s sleep challenges, they are placing a great deal of trust in me and the services I offer. I take this responsibility very seriously. Whether working through 1-on-1 consultations or virtual correspondence, I value your time and your child – both are precious.
