My Sleep Coaching methods are about providing you with the information and support you need, to resolve your child’s sleep issues gently and effectively.
WHEN YOU HIRE ME AS A SLEEP COACH, HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT…
Hiring a sleep coach may seem like a great undertaking, especially when your hands are already full. My goal is to make this entire process as simple as possible. Working with me is easy, and results will start to happen quickly.
Book a complimentary call / send an email enquiry to discuss your child’s sleep challenges, how the right sleep programme will help, and ask any questions that you might have.
Choose your programme. Once you have purchased your programme, I will send you an online Sleep Questionnaire, which will give you an opportunity to share your concerns around your child’s sleep.
Complete a 3 day sleep journal ahead of your consultation. This is a vital step in the process, and will ensure your programme is accurate and effective in solving your sleep issues.
Consultation with me. The next step is booking your consultation. These are hosted remotely for your convenience, via telephone, Skype or Facetime. Most consultations last approximately 90 minutes.
Receive and review your personalised sleep programme. Your programme will be unique and written specifically for your child and your family. It usually takes between 48 and 72 hours to be created, and will be emailed to you as a PDF file.
