6 TO 12 MONTHS
Your little one isn’t so little anymore; they are on the move and sleep is just as important now for happy days and restful nights. With more awareness and mobility often come more challenges which, given the right approach, can swiftly be addressed.
Whether you are working, going back to work, or haven’t yet established the sleep habits you would like for you child, I will help you gently get there.
This 3 week step by step programme includes everything from the previous programme, plus:
Build or adjust a solid age appropriate routine
Consistent naps and bed times
Wean night fees
Introduce sleep associations that contribute to healthy sleep
Frequent night waking due to habit not hunger
When to drop a nap
Work through inevitable sleep disruptions caused by teething, travel or illness
Recognize when growth spurts require more sleep and milestones can disrupt their sleep
And of course, the encouragement and support is always there for you in spades.

What parents are saying…
“Amazing – after three nights our son started to sleep through! Kate’s knowledgeable support made such a difference in our life! My 13-month old son had never slept through the night and always woke several times.”
“My husband and I booked our telephone consultation and found Katie to be informative, encouraging and very easy to talk to. Within four days our 11-month old daughter was sleeping through the night. “
“Katie was an absolute pleasure to work with and has become our friend in the process. We can truly say that Katie’s sleeping methods truly worked on our son and we would have no hesitation in recommending her to any prospective parents.”
★★★★★
“A well-rested child is healthier, curious, energetic, happy, playful and eager to learn. A well-rested Mum (and Dad!) is healthier, happier and more focused..”
